I have gone through dozens of these blades during construction. They are tough and do the job quickly. You won’t end up with a mice edge, but if you are ripping out floor, ceiling, or walls, these will do the trick.
I have changed my destruction techniques over time. I used to use a sledge hammer, giant crow bar, and brute force. I ended up with a giant pile of debris and a big mess. Lately, I do much more cutting. I’ll cut the top of the wall, bottom/middle of the wall and down each side. I end up with large wall/ceiling/floor chunks that I wheel over to the dumpster with the hand truck. It is SO MUCH EASIER, CLEANER, and FASTER.
